Florida MIECHV has released a Request for Proposal seeking a new provider in Palm Beach County. A Letter of Intent is requested by August 23, 2019. Questions may be submitted to Allison Parish at aparish@fahsc.org until August 30, 2019.

The application deadline is September 6, 2019.
