The Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions (FAHSC) on September 6, 2016 released an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for state funding to establish or expand Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) programs in low-income communities. The funding was included in the 2016 state budget and is administered by FAHSC under a contract with the Florida Department of Health.Responses are due September 30, 2016.
